Under new government legislation there are major changes due to occur in the buying and selling process for residential property in the United Kingdom. It is hoped that these changes will speed up the process and minimize abortive sales.

As a proactive company Kings are currently working with various organizations in order to provide a home conditioning report and HIPS pack which is due to become mandatory by June 2007.
