As independent mortgage advisers the Finance Planning Group have access to over 1000 mortgage products from over 50 lenders. Your adviser will affectively ‘walk the high street’ for you!

Your adviser will work with you and explain in plain English the differences between the various types of mortgages available and provide options which best suit your circumstances.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

The Finance Planning Group do not normally charge a fee, but depending on your circumstances a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount may be charged.
